Gordon has been the CEO of Bonfire Communications, a Partner and CLO at Oliver Wyman, and now a co-founder and CEO of Agency 150, an AI software company committed to optimizing employee and organizational performance. Maintaining his passion for working with executives doing important work in the world, he continues to lead off-sites, retreats, and developmental programs through his personal business, Legacy Work.

Living in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, two daughters, and their beloved dogs, Gordon enjoys focusing on both health and joy —  meditating, reading books, riding horses, consuming delicious food and craft cocktails, and engaging in the sights and sounds of Music City.
